1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
First step, reach out to an agent! We are currently in a seller's market, which is making it extremely common that a buyer is in a competing offer situation on the house they want. It's important to know and understand the current market trends for your desired area and price range to figure out how to better position yourself. There are a lot of tricks and tips that I can provide to help you be the winning offer.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Take advantage of the market!! Prices are at an all time high, which means today is the best day for you to maximize your equity. Depending on the price and location, it may be a strong possibility that with our marketing and strategic pricing, your home will end up in a bidding war.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
All types!! First time home buyers, luxury homes, rehabbers, upsizing/downsizing, acreage, new construction, seniors, estates and more!!
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Every transaction is different! All of my clients are starting a new chapter for a different reason. Being able to help people start their next chapter and help them achieve their goal is incredibly rewarding!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
While studying graphic design at the Art Institute of Colorado, I worked as a door to door sales person for a local cable company. I get to live the best of both worlds, marketing and helping people.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Currently certified as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, which specialized in helping seniors transition. Constantly in ongoing training over a broad range of categories. Training and education is extremely important, so that I am always in the know of moving trends, housing stats, and being able to provide the best service for each client.
