When we started our journey of looking for a house to buy she was very helpful with the local areas as well as very knowledgeable about the process, the financing, and even assisted me with getting a very competitive price for the homeowners insurance. ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was so helpful! She sent us links to houses that fit our needs. She fit us in her schedule at the last minute. She helped us understand the home buying process. Melissa traveled at least 1 hour away from where her office is just to help us see homes we were interested in. When we finally decided on the right home for us, she answered all of our questions, guided us through, and stuck with us until even after closing. She bought us gifts and she even bought our daughter a tea set for her new room. I would definitely recommend Melissa Ray to anyone looking for a new home!

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for the perfect plot of land to build on, after looking at a few places that were great, they just didnt feel like the place to build my forever home on. One day we get a call and a property just came up for sale and Melissa immediately got us a showing. She took our very long and probably unrealistic expectations and wrapped it up into a very nice Christmas present. And if that was not enough she even put a bow on it by making all of the paperwork very simple and smooth. I was so impressed we will have her sell our current house once we are done building.
