ZillowVERIFIEDDuring my first home sale, Melissa didn't seem to have any problems with explaining the process and how the real estate market works. She made the sale go smoothly even when issues came up, always made me feel like she respected my time, and was professional throughout the entire sales process.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about how pleased we were while working with Melissa Mueller to sell our house! We asked Melissa to tell us what we should list our house for and we loved that she didn't just throw a number out; she came back to us after she had completed her research. Melissa said to list at $XX if we wanted to sell quickly within days and $YY that was $25,000 more if we didn't mind staying on the market a little longer. We really wanted to sell quickly rather than deal with all the showings so we took Melissa's advice and listed for the lower rate. Melissa was spot on; our house sold in 4 days! From helping us through the appraisal to the inspection to the closing table, Melissa was so professional through the entire process. She was thorough and informative. We received an email from her office that was awesome; it explained the terminology for pending, pending option and etc. It listed dates and scheduling and what to expect, just so helpful. There were issues with the inspection where we didn't want to repair some of the items requested and Melissa was just an expert negotiator during this entire process. We really relied on her throughout the entire process and she did not disappoint! Without a doubt, we would certainly recommend Melissa and would definitely use her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is extremely professional, responsive, organized, and knowledgeable. She came to our first meeting armed with a proven strategy for selling our home, based on her successful experience and knowledge of the market. She executed that strategy beautifully, and our house sold in 5 days. Her strategy included working for backup offers, which minimized our risk and apprehension. She was tenacious in negotiation and always kept us apprised of the status of our contract and all the steps to closing. Melissa exceeded our expectations and was a delight to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Melissa to sell our rental house was a fantastic experience! She was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and most important PATIENT! Selling a house is such a confusing and frustrating process, but Melissa always made sure that we were comfortable with every step. She treated us like family and as busy as I know she must be, I always felt like I was the most important call of the day. She came up with a clear plan to show and sell and I truly believe that due to her negotiations, we were able to walk away with everything we hoped for. Its not an exaggeration to say that she and her team were truly a blessing for our family. Were incredibly grateful and cant wait to work with her again in the future. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a kind, honest, and successful realty experience.

I At first was very pleased with the attention that I received from Melissa in order to sell my house but as time went by I feel very pressured by myself due to her eagerness I felt rushed to make a decision after less than 2 weeks on the market I feel cheated and rushed Then her attitude changed she wasnt as polite very short with her answers and irritated to my questions it was my first house to sell she became very cold at the end I was very disappointed

ZillowVERIFIED When another realtor couldnt get the job done in five months, a neighbor recommended Melissa. She had the home under contract in less than a week. Her attention to detail and marketing skills restored my faith in realtors when I as close to never using one again. She is at the top of her game and others in her profession could benefit from learning from her. I never leave reviews however, for Melissa and her efforts I am more than happy to make sure other folks go straight to her and skip the long journey I had.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa and I met through a mutual friend and I could not have been happier with her and her team to get our house sold and also helping us buy a house. She made me feel like I was her only client because she answered every email and text within minutes and never made me feel like I was bothering her. The sale of our house was very stressful but her go-getter attitude helped me feel at ease. Her negotiating skills are top of the line and her home pricing is well researched and supported. When we needed repairs, cleaning, and loan info she had GOOD people to recommend. She truly is in it to serve her clients and to help people.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I have had past experience with many real estate services. Not all of the experiences were satisfactory. From the beginning Melissa made selling our house a smooth enjoyable process. She projects a professional attitude along with a personal smile that puts a person immediately at ease. When questioned she gives answers in a manner that projects knowledge of a broad knowledge of the market. No question is too small and all are either answered immediately or she reaches out to her staff and obtains the answer for you in a timely manner. She presented our home to the market in a manner that definitely helped sell the home. We were and still are impressed with all Her and her staff and co-workers.

ZillowVERIFIED We have sold five houses in the past sixteen years all over the continental United States. Melissa is the hardest working Realtor we have ever had. We moved 2700 miles away and cannot run back to take care of anything that may come up with the house. Melissa always took care of any issues from lawn care, to maid service to changing light bulbs. We highly recommend Melissa for all your real estate needs. She is 6 stars out of 5. John and Linda

ZillowVERIFIED We could use all kinds of superlatives to describe Melissa as a realtor but that may not be so helpful or informative to those considering her services. Accordingly, I will tell our brief story and let the reader draw their own conclusions. Sometimes a home needs a little push to sell and that was the case with us. We will also add that Melissa was not our first realtor on this home. Our home was in excellent condition with one of the lowest prices per square foot in a good neighborhood. Unfortunately, our first offer fell through at the last moment due to Buyer financing issues and our home entered the market again shortly before the Thanksgiving and Xmas holidays. Naturally, the market slowed and we were left financially bleeding with two mortgage payments - our new home and the one we were trying to sell. Our original realtor (big name company) sort of ho-hummed and said not much could be done due to market conditions. The support staff was excellent but we got the impression - rightly or wrongly - that the realtor herself lost interest in selling our less expensive existing home ($250k) after collecting the commission on the more expensive new home ($450k). They did a couple of open houses plus some standard advertising but not much else. After despairing for a few months we fired our original realtor and fortunately ran across Melissa. The difference was night and day. Melissa is a high-energy realtor willing to think outside the box if that will help move the home. Example: Our old home is located near one of Houston's largest Mosque's and the neighborhood has seen a large Islamic influx in the last 4 years. Melissa stepped outside the usual comfort zone and obtained the Mosque's consent to post the home listing on the Mosque bulletin board resulting in several home showings. Melissa and her team were also extremely diligent in soliciting feedback from every agent that had a showing so that adjustments could be made to help sell the home. Melissa promptly returned every phone call, email or text message - day or night. The level of attention was truly outstanding. Melissa is passionate about her profession and the level of service that she delivers to her clients. With Melissa and her team, outstanding service is a common virtue. If you need someone to fight for you and give your home that little extra push to make it sell.....you would be very hard pressed to find someone better than Melissa and her team.
