Review We had to sell our home and buy a new one with little experience and a very specific budget with lots of requirements. Melissa stuck with us for a long time to make sure we got what we needed and that was in 2013. I was just now reminded of her and came to leave this review in 2020! Hopefully we will only need a realtor one more time in this life, and if she's still around, it will be her! Thank you Melissa!

Review Melissa worked tirelessly to market and sell our old home and buy a new one. She accomplished this in just a few months during the slow, winter season. Not only did she successfully sell our house at the price we wanted in a short time frame, she also helped us negotiate and buy our new home at a price that was right. We sold our old home and purchased our new on the same day and Melissa stayed on top of the process and everything went much smoother than anticipated. We wouldn't work with anyone else.

Review Great agent! Helped secure a great price for our house in Harrisburg, a very difficult sellers market. Then negotiated a great price for our new house which immediately appraised for $30K more. Very easy communication. Great availability for showings.
