ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was a super-responsive partner throughout the whole process. We even had a large gap between sale of our home and moving into our new one. She helped "encourage" builder to put some gas on the process and, as we got closer to closing and third parties faltered, threatening our closing date, Melissa rallied to get us in the house early, before we even closed. That's rock star status for me!
