From our first meeting to closing the sale Melissa McGuire has been so great to work with. I live out of state and Melissa McGuire made what could have been a difficult experience extremely easy! Melissa made suggestions to improve the appeal of the property like painting a few walls, carpet color and staging the property. Within a week we were under contract. Melissa has a well-deserved reputation in our condo complex for being the best. It's difficult to be brief as there are so many examples of going beyond what a realtor normally does. She anticipates what is needed, always two steps ahead. Knows who to hire for needed work, solves problems, has creative and proactive marketing skills.
