ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was everything I never knew I needed. From the first walk thru of my to be sold home, to design and pre-construction meetings with my new build she never let anything fall thru the cracks. When I got stressed, she reassured me. When I forgot what the builder said, she went back to her notes to remind me. I honestly do not know how I would have made it through the process of selling my current home while building my new home without her. She knows this business. She is in touch with what is going on with the industry. She markets using todays technology that reaches a larger audience. She never makes you feel silly for asking questions or doubting the process. Melissa is what this business is about; going above and beyond in a way that makes you feel like she is selling her own home! Hands down BEST realtor experience ever!!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. She showed us numerous properties and had great advice about the pros and cons of each property. ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was completely dedicated to selling our home. Her recommendations regarding presentation and staging of the home were critical to the sale. She was always available and always tireless in her efforts. She never hesitated to take on a project herself which we should have handled or a landscaper could have handled.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa and her entire team are the best. She is honest direct and knowledgeable. She will go the extra mile and always work her hardest for you. We relocated from GA and she made that process so much easier for us with her high level of customer service. Not only did she shown me multiple houses in person but she also FaceTimed me houses to make sure I had every option to find our dream home in TX in a tough market. We had a large list of wants and Melissa never gave up in our search. Thanks to her and her team we have found our home in TX and could not be happier.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is sharp and knowledgeable. I found an old house under renovation that was not yet on the market. She guided me through the entire process being the point of contact between me and the owner/renovator. She saw things I most certainly would have missed and guided me to a very satisfying purchase. I happily paid her fee and strongly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED As hot as the market is these days, you have to have a tireless realtor that gets on the listing as soon as it goes live, or even before that. Thanks to Melissa, we were able to see and make an offer on our next home before it was even listed on our Phone apps.

ZillowVERIFIED Excellent experience with Melissa. Our tastes were specific and our budget broad so it put us in a tight competitive market, but Melissa delivered with her network connections and helped us secure exactly what we were looking for in a very competitive market. A great real estate agent, like Melissa, is worth every penny of their commission for those who doubt that fact. Hire Melissa.

ZillowVERIFIED My family & I moved to Texas, from out of state, in 2012, and Melissa was the realtor listed on the first house we purchased. My parents went with her on that purchase, and have not changed realtors since! They, along with my brother, have used Melissa McClain-Lewis services over the past 7 years, purchasing & listing several properties with her, both residential and commercial. However, this October, was the first time my husband & I got the chance to work with her directly, since it was our first time selling a home (we originally purchased the home from my brother). Our decision to list our house & move, happened a bit suddenly, but Melissa did not waste any time. Contacted her on a Monday, she quickly scheduled 4 house showings (for the next day), and got our house professionally photographed & listed on the market, by that weekend! (*side note: Her professional photographer was amazing. The house looked absolutely beautiful inside, and the drone shots of the lot gave a good birds eye view of the property). We purchased our new home, and sold our old home, within 9 days! She was on top of every detail, from beginning to end. The whole process, on both ends, (buying AND selling), went so smooth. Any questions or doubts we had along the way, she was ready & willing to jump in and explain. We are a young couple, but even so, she took us seriously, and treated us with extreme professionalism. She truly cared about getting us into the right home, something that we would be happy with. (And we are SUPER happy in our new home!) Furthermore, she made herself available & easy to get in touch with. And if she couldnt answer, I would leave a message, and she would quickly return my text or call ! Melissa McClain-Lewis is a realtor that is very good at what she does, and gets the job done. She will take you by the hand, from A-Z, when it comes to purchasing or listing your property, guiding you every step of the way. We highly recommend her to anyone in need of a trustworthy realtor, that wants a great home-buying/selling experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa is fantastic. We have used her to purchase and sell before and recommended her to multiple family and friends which have all had great experiences. Home buying and selling can be very stressful and even more so with someone with little to no experience. Melissa is a dedicated professional to her craft. Our selling process had a few bumps in the road, but none were caused from our side and I feel as though it had to do with the continuous communication, follow up, and in-depth knowledge of all processes. Trust me, when making the biggest investment of your life, have Melissa on your side.
