Melissa was everything I never knew I needed. From the first walk thru of my to be sold home, to design and pre-construction meetings with my new build she never let anything fall thru the cracks. When I got stressed, she reassured me. When I forgot what the builder said, she went back to her notes to remind me. I honestly do not know how I would have made it through the process of selling my current home while building my new home without her. She knows this business. She is in touch with what is going on with the industry. She markets using todays technology that reaches a larger audience. She never makes you feel silly for asking questions or doubting the process.
