ZillowVERIFIED I wanted to elaborate on my relationship with Melissa. We met years ago. Ironically she responded to a posting for something that I had on sale. When she came over to pick it up we instantly connected and thats when I discovered she was a real estate agent. There was something about her genuine personality and energy that I made a mental note of. I knew I would contact her the next time we needed to sell. We had tried to sell 2 different single family homes in West Hartford prior to meeting her with NO success. One of the homes we tried selling twice with two different agents. We had no choice but to once again rent them. When they became vacant I gave her a call. She was amazing! She works so hard and offers great ideas that actually make all the difference. She knows exactly how to stage your house too, which means a lot. It did not take any time for her to sell and with multiple offers no less. She quickly sold both of those homes (within days of listing, plus another within a few days! Melissa is very energetic and creative! She is also very personable, professional, has that special touch and equally important aEUR" honest, knowledgeable and smart! Melissa also got us a great tenant for one of our apartments a little over a year ago! She also spent a lot of time, 8 months in fact, finding a home for our daughter. Our daughter was very indecisive and Mellissa had a lot of patience working with her. She also spent a great deal of time explaining the process as my daughter was a first time buyer.
