Melissa was so gracious and patient during the process. Difficult military experiences helped pave the way for this home purchase, but those same experiences make navigating high stress situation challenging at times. Melissa was professional and caring through it all. She went the extra mile and helped guide us through the process as brand-new homeowners without any experience with all the things.

My name is Marcos Gonzales. My Wife and I recently purchased our first home. This was thanks to the excellent help of our realtor Melissa. She walked us through all the home buying steps, gave us helpful insight on the area, and had our best interest in mind. I can not begin to tell you how helpful she was, we are now in our dream home. If you want a realtor who will go the extra mile, work with your schedule, and deliver great service, I highly recommend Melissa.

This young lady was so very willing to house hunt with the husband. Making time to take him to as many as possible on each trip out. She would find some to suggest, he would find a couple and they would head out. She took time to understand what we really were needing for our family, not just running around looking at anything and everything. She helped us find the perfect home in a month. Yea, a month!! Wonderful person, very patient and over all nice. :)

Melissa went above and beyond what a realtor should do. We ended up walking over 20 homes over a month and she never faltered and always had a positive attitude. Once contract time happened, she was on the ball and covered everything so quickly on a quick closer. If/when I buy another home, she is my first call.

To say I was nervous to buy my first house is an understatement. From the first time I met Melissa she made me feel very comfortable and safe about buying my home. We went through 8 houses the first time I looked at houses. It was the second to last house and when I walked in I just knew it was for me. Melissa continued to show me houses because I wanted to just make sure it was the right one. Every time she was willing to keep showing me more and more and it was so worth it! When we started the contract and the process to close she walked me through the whole process and made it easy to get through everything. I couldnt recommend Melissa enough! She was amazing and couldnt be a better person to help me buy my first home!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND MELISSA!!!!

I had a great time working with Melissa. I first met with her and told her my work schedule because I work nights. I told her about what I was looking for and where I was looking to live. I outline everything I was looking for in a home. She work very hard to find my dream home in a great neighborhood close to work. It took awhile because Im sooooooooooooooooooooo picky. But she was very patient and dealt with my mood swings to help me find what I was looking for.

My name is Scott Neal, I am a manager at BNSF Railway. I was referred to Melissa by a coworker and have to thank her as she was incredibly helpful. She literally walked me through each step of the process and made sure I was well informed. Her response time to any of my questions (which I had a lot being my first time to buy) was quick and accurate. Her ability to work with others and negotiate is very impressive. She was extremely helpful helping me find the house I wanted, put in a reasonable offer, and close quickly. I highly recommend working with Melissa if you get the opportunity. Trust me you will not be disappointed. -Scott

Melissa did a great job and got my moms home sold under the market average time frame, I would highly recommend her to anyone. She kept in constant contact with me throughout the selling process and was very helpful.
