ZillowVERIFIEDKatie and Melissa at Century 21 were very helpful and professional during our purchase of a lake home. They were prompt in communication and provided invaluable coaching when writing an offer. Their local knowledge about laws, market, service providers etc helped us feel at ease buying across the boarder in another state. We highly recommend this team.

ZillowVERIFIED We have worked with Melissa on a couple investment properties and I have to say she makes the process so easy for a busy family like us. Our schedule is very tight but Melissa would find a way to schedule a last minute showing. She always comes prepared with the proper paperwork and does her research prior to showing the property. I am very lucky to have found her and will be doing much more business with her in the future!

We primarily worked Katie Lineker who was very responsive, showed us a number of properties, and helped us write 3 offers before finally getting an accepted offer on the third property. We are excited about the new property and thankful for a great experience along the way. We would definitely recommend Melissa and the Jones Team!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa's team helped us through a remarkably complicated first time home-buying experience. We had communication issues with our lender, and negotiations with the seller were tough!! But Melissa and her team were nothing but professional, honest, and played by the rules. They were exactly the team we wanted on our side throughout the complicated home buying process. A special shout out to our agent, Katie Lineker! She was delightful to work with, professional, calm, incredibly fair, and tough only when she needed to be. We made a pretty big move from Minneapolis to St. Croix Falls, and we are so glad we were able to work with Melissa's team. It eased the stress of the entire situation to know that they had our backs.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa has excellent knowledge of the business. She was always willing to spend the amount of time necessary to understand today's market. My husband requested a meeting within 30 days and she made the time to meet. The good news is that our home sold before the meeting date which was a good thing because my husband didn't have to holler at her!!! Her staff always responded within minutes of any emails.

ZillowVERIFIED From the beginning of our relationship until the day we received the keys to our new place, Melissa and her team were fantastic! Our first interaction was me sending her an email on the 4th of July. I did not expect to hear from her on a holiday and would have been more than okay hearing back the next day. Nope. She actually texted me within 10 minutes of my initial inquiry. From that point on everything else went smoothly.Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED I would offer three main reasons for working with Melissa Jones and the Jones Team.1. Melissa has a well documented history of selling more homes in her market area--by far--and any other realtor option.2. I'm not aware of anyone bringing more resources to the entire selling process, from start to finish, than Melissa. The Jones Team's marketing efforts are unsurpassed!3. Melissa constantly monitors changing marketplace conditions, and is exceptionally sensitive and open to responding to those changes. I pushed for what I thought was an extremely aggressive price for our home, and although initially skeptical, she ultimately listed for an even higher price--and got it!

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't be happier with the results of working with Melissa and her team. We have a beautiful, sweet house with payments right in our budget. It wasn't easy finding a home due to the location and our low budget but they found one for us! Even through tough outside circumstances, such as; renters in our house that didn't have a place to go, Melissa and her team did everything they could to solve these problems and make sure we got the home we loved.
