As first time homebuyers, my husband and I were definitely relying heavily on the expertise of our realtor to guide us in one of the most important purchases that we would make. To say the least, we were not dissapointed at all! From the beginning of this process even with my husband and I's shifty schedules and uncertainty, Melissa was able to adapt to our circumstances and provide outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable about lot of nice family friendly areas that we didnt even think about and sent us a countless amount of listings within our budget to tour and choose from. Any questions we had that were in the scope of what she could advise us on was answered and explained thoroughly. Even after we closed on our home there were services that we still needed and her connections with different people allowed us peace of mind to get them taken care of. I truly appreciate all that she has done to make this process a lot less overwhelming. Overall10/10 I highly recommend!

We also were selling a home several hours away, and Melissa was able to check out potential homes in advance, so when we came into town we could see homes that already met our criteria. We were able to sign documents electronically, which was a great timesaver for us.
