ZillowVERIFIED I am so glad Melissa helped us with the purchase of our new home. We had 45 days to sell the home we were currently living in and find a new place to live. She met up with us and created a strategy plan of what we were looking for and what location. We were able to find the location and home we wanted and Melissa was with us every step of the way. She went to our meetings and if she as not able to attend she was an immediate phone call and email away. She would always touch base with us after each meeting and also touch base with the home builders. She also provided us with a great wealth of knowledge about the housing market and what to look for when purchasing a home. She had great negotiation skills and was able to get us a deal on our purchased home and discounts on items in our upgrade package. Melissa was even with us at the closing of our house. Even though she had a full schedule that day, she was still able to make it to our closing and made sure that everything ran smoothly. She also gave us a phone call several weeks later to see how things were going and also told us if we needed anything from her, she was just a phone call away. I am very grateful that we were able to find her and that she helped us find our dream home.
