She informed us of many resources that we could use to help out on our down payment and told us about different methods of financing available. It was with her help that we found a way to buy a house with the situation we were in.Melissa is very knowledgeable about the local market and knows a lot about what she does. She helped us look at several houses and was very patient through the entire process. After we found the house that we fell in love with, she wrote up the purchase contract in our favor. ZillowVERIFIED To all looking for a smooth, honest, and sincere realtor...My husband and I were looking for our first home. I came accross Melissa's name via internet/reviews. My gut feeling was to proceed in contacting Melissa and I am so glad of my intuition. Right from the very first conversation I felt at ease, and knew she had our best interest at heart. This carried all the way through the process. We searched through several homes and fell in love with one that all though was very charming, did have foundations issues. Melissa was very honest with us and informed us that the "warranty" on the foundation was only on the french drains that were installed to help alleviate more issues. However, this did not mean that future foundation issues would be prevented. And, being first time home buyers, Melissa knew the cost for foundation repairs might be more than what we bargained for in our investment. I appreciated her sincerity and honesty. We did find another home that needed some cosmetic work, but fit all of our needs. And after an extensive home inspection, the home deemed solid with no major issues, foundation or otherwise. Melissa was very confident that this home would be a great incestment for our money and our future. While going through the process, Melissa remained dependable, confident, available, and eager. She let us make our decisions, but made sure that we had all the facts so we could make an informed decision. We wish the best for Melissa and appreciate all of her hard work, patience, and compassion. We will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing real estate help!

She didn't mind to show us houses late in the afternoon or weekends. She has been a good negotiator with seller on our behalf, more important is she would draw the contract to our benefits in case something does not work out; this had really given us a peace of mind. The best part is she saved us the closing cost money and having an even lower interest than the current interest rate at the time we signed contract by letting us know about the bond program, which our loan officer did not know its existence.We are very grateful to have accidentally found Melissa to work on our side.
