ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was an absolute blessing in working with my mother-in-laws estate. After an internet search of realtors in the area, we decided that we would go with Melissa and she did not disappoint. We are from out-of-state and her expertise in real estate, along with her professional connections, proved to be a perfect match for what we needed. I cannot thank her enough for her work in selling the house quickly. She truly exceeded our expectations!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa helped my husband and I buy our first home. We had a house picked out within less than 5 minutes after we told her what we were looking for room and land wise, and she showed it to us the next day. Her recommend loan lady was awesome as well. She helped us negotiate on price, and what needed to be fixed beforehand. And we had our house ready on closing day! She definitely knows what she's doing!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was there for us every step of the way. She made an effort to understand what we were looking for and knew which homes we would or wouldn't like after only a week or two. She was always available by text, phone, or email, and guided us through the process from getting pre-approved to finding houses in our price range all the way to closing on our ideal home. One way Melissa was different than other Realtors I've worked with is that she had our best interests in mind and never hesitated to tell us about things we needed to know or might have missed. She really leveraged her expertise to help us in every way. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
