ZillowVERIFIEDMelissa is a pro. Friendly, answered all questions asap, responds to my texts fast with proper and helpful response. She has shown us several homes. Did not push us to make offer. She always could answer questions. Always well informed. Melissa has helped us with the things we didnt know about, and in what order to respond to our lender. I would recommend her to even experienced lookers and buyers.

ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a seller back out on us and she was quick to find us another house. We we're able to go look at another house that day. She quickly got the process going. She was very professional, compassionate & caring of our concerns & needs. Very quick to respond to calls and texts. Very good about keeping us updated on the process. She asked us questions about certain things instead of assuming what we would want. She was great about giving her professional opinion. If we move again, we will use Melissa.
ZillowVERIFIEDMelissa is great! I feel like we looked at a zillion houses and she never made us feel like we were a pain. She was always up to showing us a house last minute if a new one popped up. She gave great suggestions & opinions that helped us in deciding either way the direction we should take. After several months she helped us finalize our purchase with our new home! Experience with Melissa was great from beginning to end!
ZillowVERIFIEDI got a reference from my girlfriend about Melissa Henry. Me knowing absolutely nothing about buying/owning a home. She really broke down the step on how and the time itll be purchase a house and all the requirements. At first I was stressing about even buying a house but Melissa had everything I need to fill out before hand. Immediately I knew the house was going to be mine by the beginning of 2020. I would highly recommend to anyone in the market for buying a house.
ZillowVERIFIEDMelissa was very helpful in finding my new home. She was always available when I had questions or concerns. She was kind and polite when speaking to me. She was willing to help in any way possible to make me happy with my purchase.
