We recently purchased a vacation home and Melissa was our agent. We had limited knowledge of the Mount Shasta area and we live in the Bay Area. So, Melissas task was challenging not only because of the distance but also because of the limited supply of homes that met our criteria and our tight budget. Melissa was amazing.
