ZillowVERIFIED We listed with Melissa hoping for a smooth transaction. What we received from her was a great experience. Our vacation home in Bondurant is 1,400 miles from our closest family owner, so the challenges were obvious. I cannot say enough about the job Melissa did being our eyes, ears and feet on the ground managing to a successful close. Not enough room or time to list all the things she did on behalf of our family AND the new owners so that all parties were happy at closing and possession. Each challenge was handled professionally with a tremendous sense of urgency by Melissa personally. Her communication with us, during the process, was fantastic. I would recommend Melissa, without hesitation, for any seller or buyer in the Jackson Hole market.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa Harrison and Steve Robertson listed our property and found our buyer. They did a great job working with both the buyer and us as seller. They are hands down the best agents we ever worked with. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence in the middle of the 2020 Pandemic was unparalleled. We would never use anyone else and highly recommend them to buyers and sellers.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was the ideal agent for our needs. We especially appreciated her enthusiasm, realism and creativity in marketing our property. She was direct in representing our property accurately with its seasonal access. We felt she was absolutely on our team when it came time to negotiate final details and found her most cooperative in meeting contractors and inspectors facilitating access to in our absence. Melissa is highly knowledgeable about the area and has a wide set of resources to help with any problems. Our property sold in short order in modest market. She is resourceful, attentive and detail oriented. In addition to the above, she is fun to work with. One would be lucky to have her on your team. We were.

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was very professional, the extent of her knowledge of the local real estate market was phenomenal. Her responsiveness was excellent, this was was not an easy task, as we were flying in from out of town with a very small window for viewing properties. She took the time to give us the pros and cons on the various parcels that she showed us. We settled on a Beautiful 40 acre piece, with breathtaking views. Thank you Melissa for all your time, effort, and above all, patience with us.

ZillowVERIFIED Having had a few bad experiences in the past with agents, we opted to go with Melissa, who we had heard good things about. From the minute we first met with her she expressed a genuine interest in helping us find the "right" home. She never tried to up-sell us, always finding homes within our budget to look at. It wasn't long before Melissa had our dream retirement home found and an offer was underway. What most impressed me about Melissa was her attention to detail. She caught multiple things in our contracts that would have put us at a disadvantage in negotiations. Melissa looked after our deal as if it was her own and never fell short of my expectations. Finally!!!! a real estate agent that deserves a 5 star rating! Thank you Melissa for all your hard work.

ZillowVERIFIED Very professional and incredibly knowledgeable of the area. Melissa Harrison and Steve Robertson were our agent when we bought our home in 2013 and again when we sold it in 2016. In both instances the experience was overall positive and very easy to manage. They are incredibly well versed in the Bondurant area and are the go to agents if interested in this quaint little town.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't have been any luckier than finding Melissa when looking for a home in the Jackson Hole area. She has great knowledge of areas and properties in and around Jackson Hole. She quickly understood what it was I was looking for and gave expert guidance. Melissa was honest and up front when I sought her opinion and it was clear that she wasn't just trying to make a quick sale. I was able to trust in her and knew that she was truly looking for the right fit for me. And is if all of that isn't enough, she continued to be extremely helpful following closing. Ultimately, Melissa helped me find the perfect place and get it at a price that I was extremely happy with. In my experience with realtors, Melissa stands out above the rest by a long shot.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were lucky enough to spend a few days with Melissa Harrison exploring our options in Sublette County. We were totally new to the area and Melissa could not have been more resourceful, patient and truly enjoyable to look at properties with. We cast a broad net in terms of what we were looking for- land vs house- and wanted to see any and everything within our budget. She put a LOT of miles on her truck taking us to Boulder, Cora, Pinedale, Merna, Hoback, Bondurant, Daniel and was super organized and efficient to take in as much a s possible in the little time we had. She was very knowledgeable and we trust her implicitly. We also found additional properties to look at and she had an easy and adaptable way to really make sure we got the entire landscape of options. If you are looking in that neck of the woods we cannot recommend her highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED I live out of the area and needed to sell a modest property located in Bondurant, WY. After researching realtors on the internet, I made a random phone call to Melissa. This turned out to be the best decision I ever made in my history of real estate transactions. Melissa responded very quickly and treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism. She is extremely knowledgeable and well connected with a network of property professionals, in case your property needs inspections or repairs. Melissa never rests, and anticipated pitfalls ahead of time. She works hard to nip problems in the bud ahead of time, before they become show stoppers! My paperwork transaction portion went very smoothly too, considering that we never met, and dealt with all paperwork via e-mail. Conclusion: Melissa is an honest and trustworthy realtor. I highly recommend her for buying or selling your real estate!
