Melissa Harmon

I am an active resident of Spencer Tennessee and have worn many hats over the last 16 years after making the move from my birthplace of Atlanta Georgia. During my marriage of almost 39 years, my husband and I successfully homeschooled our children, owned and operated a small mom-and-pop motel, gas, and grocery store just outside of Fall Creek Falls State Park, bought, remodeled, and sold many houses. Throughout the last 5 years, I have worked hard to become my firm's top producer in real estate. I thoroughly enjoy my job! I plan to continue my education in real estate but nothing beats the experience I have gained by closing over 45 transactions last year, each with its own challenges and rewards. Referrals are the greatest compliment my clients can give and this is the core of my business. My attention is always on the current transaction, assisting my client to make it to the next place they need to be in life. Recently, my focus has been on people making the transition from another state to Tennessee, most are retirees. It is a pleasure to help make their new stomping ground feel like home. My goal is to make each move, whether buying or selling less stressful and more memorable for all the right reasons.
