ZillowVERIFIEDAnswered the phone to only say, "I'm not available, thanks" then just hung up. It's one thing to be unavailable and not answer a call to return the call later at a more coinvent time. Then it's another to answer to pick up the phone to say you're unavailable. Came off very rude and unprofessional.

Melissa was so successful and instrumental in our first home sale in 2021, that we reached out to her, again, when we were thinking about selling in 2024! Mainly, because we didnt know where to start in both cases, or if we could get enough to meet our goals and start new. Both times, she got right to work, providing us with comparable and meeting with us to go over everything in person! Both times, the suggested sale price was more than we even expected and both times, she was right on the money!! We so appreciate her knowledge, insight and accuracy!! She is personable, easy to work with and has GREAT follow through! There was not one time that we could not reach her or she didnt respond immediately! She walked us through the entire process, which is extremely important for nervous people and was very patient with us! We never plan to sell again, but if we do, wed be calling her!!
