Melissa Fedock was wonderful to work with. We were from Tennessee, looking to buy in the Myrtle Beach area with only one opportunity to see homes in person. She was so great to make time to fit our visit and help us find a new beach home! She got to know us well and negotiated our offer beautifully. As we waited for closing, Melissa consistently reached out to us offering advice and guidance every step of the way. She even did our final walk through with us on FaceTime!!
