Her mastery of her profession can easily be measured in the fact that our house sold above our asking price and we turned around and bought our next house below the asking price. ZillowVERIFIED Melissa and Paul are excellent at what they do, and I would highly recommend them!When the house I had originally asked to look at received an offer, they showed me a few more that they thought I would be interested in, and I was very happy with the house I ended up with. Within a day of looking at it, they helped me make an offer below asking price (which is very rare in Dallas lately)! From that point forward, Melissa was there every step of the way.
