Melissa has exceeded all of my expectations and helped me thru the process of not only purchasing my first home but selling my first home. Melissa walked me thru all of the processes and kept me in the loop all the time. Throughout the whole process I felt like Melissa had my back and was always one step ahead. I felt like Melissa knew what was going on at all times in the process which helped keep me at ease and worry about things I really needed to focus on, like packing and moving to our new place. I couldn't recommend her enough for anyone looking for peace of mind when buying or selling a home!

We recently had Melissa sell a property for us in Las Vegas. One of the key characteristics we expected was being able to trust our realtor, and we felt very fortunate to have found Melissa. She worked with a determination and a passion as our representative, and made the sale for a good price, and all within our time frame. We could not be happier, or more confident in the service we received.

Melissa is very knowledgeable and in tune with the market. Excellent at her job! She asked ME a lot of questions about what I was really looking for and why certain things mattered. She listened and followed through rather than just simply signing me up to another Real Estate Home Search Notification email system. I would highly recommend Melissa for any Real Estate need you may have. You will be well taken care of. I have met many Realtors and Melissa was the only one who took the time to truly answer my questions and concerns and took the time to understand me and my search.

Melissa was an amazing Realtor! She dedicated more time and effort than was ever expected or asked of her, and she was with me every step of the way during my short-sale process. She was committed to me and my future, and did not let any obstacles stand in the way of our ultimate goal of selling my home. She is awesome, I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Melissa is amazing. I owed a condo that I was using as a rental property. The renters abandoned the property and left a horrific mess. Any other agent would have ran screaming from this property; however, Melissa stayed. I lived out-of-town and was not able to be there to coordinate the cleanup to get the condo ready for sale. Melissa took charge and coordinated with the different contractors needed to get the condo back into shape. I know for a fact had it not been for Melissa I would never have sold this property. Not only did she sell the condo, but was able to negotiate a great deal for me. She was able to find a buyer/occupier, get just under the full asking price and I did not have to pay any of the buyer's closing cost. She made the whole process as painless as it could have possibly been. If I ever need another agent in the Las Vegas area I would not hesitate to call Melissa and I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
