She staged our house then sold it to the first buyer who looked. This year she looked in the very limited market supply until she found the perfect house that had everything we had specified and more. Both times she was always available to answer questions, calm concerns, and, when needed, give advice. She was always kind, patient, and quick to respond via phone, email or text. The reason I chose him to sell my house was because of his sincerity and knowledge of real estate. I didn't want to hire a pushy "used-car salesman" like agent. ZillowVERIFIED After 2 1/2 years of having my house on the market and working with four other realtors I cannot begin to list the differences in working with Marcile and Karen. The way they market their listings makes other realtors look like amateurs, from the first meeting I knew there was a difference. Synergy Realty Group spends money up-front to send a professional photographer to your home to properly take photographs of the property, they then write a valid description of the listing and put it all on the MLS at once, something some other agents don't necessarily do as the piecemeal a listing together. From the time an offer comes in they work with you to negotiate the deal and to get you to that successful closing. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Marcile and Karen, I look forward to our adventure in finding our FOREVER home!
