ZillowVERIFIEDMelissa was the seller's agent when we bought our home in 2018. She was very easy to get along with in the process & keeping the flow. She is so friendly & also knowledgeable about the area!

ZillowVERIFIED As out of state buyers, we used Melissa to help us find a property and to negotiate our purchase. She went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend her. She is our go to realtor in Greenwood!

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased 5 acres with the help of Melissa. She was so helpful as we are from out of the area and were unfamiliar with the processes. She was there for us every step of the way. A great experience for my wife and I!

ZillowVERIFIED Moving to entirely new city after spending 25 years in Charleston was a big change for my family. My wife and I looked at properties from greenwood to McCormick and Melissa had vast knowledge on every area. She always answered our calls, emails and texts no matter what time of day and even on holidays! I have rewrote this three times now and I still can't put into words the job that Melissa did for my family. Would I use her again? Without hesitation. Would I recommend her? Absolutely. Not only was she our agent, she is now our friend and our neighbor. The hardest working realtor in the industry!

ZillowVERIFIED I spoke with other realtors before meeting with Melissa. Could not have made a better choice. I let her know what I'd like to see happen and she worked hard to get it done. Exceptional motivator, keeping things rolling. She kept me updated every step of the process, always had time for my questions. It was such a pleasure to get to know Melissa and work with her. Can not thank her enough!

ZillowVERIFIED Melissa was amazing! She took our needs and wants and found us the perfect property that we wouldn't have considered, but because of her knowledge of the area, she knew it would be exactly what we wanted!
