We also needed renovations, so through her recommendation, we agreed to utilize her company All The Jewels after closing. We paid our deposit, no work was done, nor were we refunded. She used her real estate license as guide to lure us to use her renovation company. Weve made several attempts for refund and have yet to revive any reply concerning the matter. Home purchasers beware of her solicitation to use her company if youre buying a house which requires renovations.

She made sure to show me homes that worked for us which was a little difficult as we needed a home that either had a bedroom on the first floor or the entire home was one story. In today's market, there aren't many single story homes that do not need to be renovated. But she was able to find us a single story, newly renovated 3 bedroom home in the area I wanted to be in. Though it was a tough process, she kept me balance through the end.
