Since 2009, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of buyers and sellers across North Arkansas and Southern Missouri. My clients include first-time home buyers, growing families, seniors planning their next chapter, military and corporate relocation clients, investors, and those buying or selling residential homes, farms, land, commercial property, and luxury homes. I've also guided families through estates, downsizing, and life transitions. No matter the price point or property type, my goal is the same—to provide honest guidance, clear communication, and a customized strategy that helps my clients make confident real estate decisions.

Some of my favorite transactions are the ones where I'm helping an adult child navigate a move for an aging parent. Those situations involve much more than buying or selling a home. They often include difficult conversations, downsizing, coordinating with family members, and balancing practical decisions with emotions. One recent transaction reminded me why I earned my SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation. By creating a clear plan, communicating consistently, and connecting the family with trusted local resources, what initially felt overwhelming became a smooth, successful transition. Seeing the relief on their faces at closing was far more rewarding than the sale itself. Real estate is about people first. Helping families move confidently through life's transitions is the part of this profession that means the most to me.

I began my real estate career in 2009 after realizing my passion wasn't just for houses—it was for helping people through some of life's biggest decisions. What started as a new career quickly became a calling. Today, as Principal Broker and owner of Weichert, Realtors®–Market Edge, I'm grateful to lead an outstanding team while continuing to work directly with buyers and sellers throughout North Arkansas and Southern Missouri. REALTOR® designations reflect a commitment to continuing education beyond state licensing requirements. My CRS, GRI, ABR, GRLA, and MCNE designations strengthen my expertise in pricing, negotiation, marketing, and client representation. However, earning my SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designation has become especially meaningful. Helping older adults and their families navigate downsizing, estate transitions, and other housing decisions during life's major changes is some of the most rewarding work I do.
