ZillowVERIFIED Where to start? As a former Realtor I expect a certain level of service- Melissa delivered and then some. A real estate attorney we worked with even called her a pitbull! Which being across the country we needed a person of Melissas caliber to make this transition as seamless as possible. We went under contract the day of the shut down and due to this had a few bumps in the road, but Melissa was on top of it. No matter the time of day she was responsive and we truly know she was always looking out for our best interests. Hands down she is one of the best if not THE BEST in the business. During showings she told me what to look for, what certain things meant, what was good and bad etc. She helped me narrow my desires and maximize my budget into the best home possible! ZillowVERIFIED Melissa Colletti is an outstanding RE professional with multiple strengths. Above all she is forthright and honest. My experience with other RE salespeople is that they look out for their own interests first, even to the point of dishonesty. Not so with MC. She would communicate her thoughts about what would help or hurt a sale, the strengths or weaknesses of a property, etc, objectively. Her awareness of the process and her ongoing communication of the same is exceptional. I have referred her to at least one other person who (on the surface) was served badly by another RE agent and MC has been working with that person to try and salvage a difficult situation. MC has some connections in the development community and has sold a wide range of properties, from humble to grand and if my experience is any indicator Im sure she has served her clients with diligence and integrity regardless of where they stood on the spectrum. My highest recommendation.
