Make sure to have an agent that works for you and gets back with you.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Seeing sold comparables that are in the market currently so you know where your property should be priced at. Pricing too high to start sometimes leaves it on the market longer.

Q: 4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?

All of my transactions, my main goal is to have a smooth transaction with happy people on both sides. In 24 plus years, I have achieved that goal.

Over 24 years ago, I started in my Real Estate career and I have loved it ever since. I enjoy working with people and helping them sell and purchase the perfect place for them.
