Id give her 6 out of 5 stars!When we started looking for a home we we were expecting our third child, moving into Geneva from out of state, and first time home buyers. Needless to say we were a little scattered and in need of guidance. She was an expert guide throughout the whole process. She had an excellent list of homes for us to look at that fit our criteria (everything we looked at was within our price range and fulfilled our wishes) and was very accommodating and flexible in showing us homes when we could make the trip to Geneva. She was very communicative over email, text, and phone, checked in with us frequently and got back to us right away if we had a question. She also had great recommendations for mortgage lenders, lawyers, and home inspectors required for the purchase and has continued to guide us after we closed with excellent recommendations for local painters and contractors for home improvements. With her help we were able to find a great home perfect for our family in a tight market. Shes also been a great source of community information, including schools info, local events and great things going on in the community of Geneva. We loved working with Melissa and would definitely use her again!
