I was impressed enough that I called her directly to represent me as I sought to relocate my family. Every step of the way was facilitated by access to tools and information in a way that I literally had to do very little on my own (reading was my own task to complete... most of the time). Melissa was always available to answer questions, whether by email, text, and ocassionally phone. Once I selected a property to visit, she was very accommodating to my schedule and requests.
