I am in Oak Park, I contacted her with one address I was interested in and she showed up with plans and paperwork to show me 2-3 other properties based on my original choice. She is far more than an agent, she is a passionate woman with a love of what she does. She closed my deal while on vacation in New York city, a short getaway that she did not get through without negotiating with the seller agent and ultimately closing the deal! I only bid on one property because it is the one I wanted and once I told Melissa that she made it happen.
