I could call or text her anytime of the day and she responded promptly each time. I knew I had to be a pain in her back but she never once got annoyed by all my questions or my pickiness. These days most agents are in the business for the money , but I truly believe that Melisa loves her career and loves to make people happy by putting in 110% effort to get them exactly what they want. The market was/is INSANE and houses were bought practically as soon as they were listed, but she showed us at least 3-4 houses that would be great fits for our family. She truly listens to your needs and wants and puts in the time finding homes that match your desires. Our now home was not viewed by anyone else before we saw it and put in our offer on the same day. Melisa was able to negotiate a bit on the closing costs (some sellers are just absolutely NOT willing to judge on the asking price!) and was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and informative about the whole buying process! ZillowVERIFIED When we contacted Melisa Dillon about listing a property in Clearfield, PA, she met us promptly. She came prepared with several comparable houses in the area and prices for which these properties were sold. This preliminary action on her part and her positive attitude convinced us that we would definitely list the property with her. She toured the property with us and made suggestions on how we , as the sellers, could make the empty house homey and appealing to potential buyers. She suggested such things as a seasonal wreath on the front door, entrance rugs, and shower curtains. She took absolutely amazing, bright pictures of the rooms inside and areas outside which really highlighted the beauty of the property. When she posted the listing on line, her pictures and appealing descriptions were outstanding . Not only did she describe the property but also included potential owner ideas and the benefit of the location being withing walking distance of the downtown business district. When she listed the property it was the end of November 2016, which is not typically the time of year when homes sell quickly. Surprisingly, she had many showings over the winter months and even three offers. She always kept in very close contact with us and we were informed at all times. By June she had secured a buyer and we just had our closing today, August 2, 2017. Melisa has knowledge and expertise far beyond her age and years of selling real estate. She is extremely professional and we would highly recommend her to sell your house or help you buy a property.
