Her background in construction was a huge plus because she could always give us insight into a homes' structural details. Once we found our new home, Melisa was integral in the buying process. She actively reached out to the builder on our behalf to keep communications going and handled all of our concerns. She always followed up with us to ensure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable/confident with the buying process.
