I have always enjoyed working with people. I started my Real Estate career in Clifton Park, NY where I quickly made my way to the top 10% of Real Estate agents in the Capital Region. In 2018 my husband and I decided to move our family to our hometown in Franklin County, NY. Mindy was AMAZING! I literally thank God for sending her my way because she was able to sell my house within a few weeks of listing, after I had previously thihad it listed for 6 months and only 1 showing with another realtor. She marketed it fantastically, kept me informed with anything that was happening (which was crucial since I was in living in the midwest by that point) and we had 3-4 showings each week starting week one. She's a ROCKSTAR!! I had numerous offers and we were able to close quickly without any issues. My only regret is that I didn't know of her earlier so I could have used her first. To be completely honest , the first few experiences with realtors, was absolutely horrible. Then I met Melinda. Night & day. She is the absolute best realtor you will ever find. I know absolutely nothing about buying a home or selling a home. Every single question I had she answered clearly & concisely, day or night. She also let you know the details on everything going on with none of the typical "puffing" responses that you hear in order to make a sale/profit. She went above and beyond in every aspect and helped me throughout the entire process even with things that a realtor typically does not nor has to do. I will NEVER use any other realtor because there is no other realtor that is remotely comparable to her passion and dedication that she posesses as a realtor. You would definitely make a huge mistake not hiring her as your realtor. I was blessed & lucky enough to have found her and will NEVER use any other realtor.

I've know Melinda for the last 20 years and she has always exhibited the utmost integrity, responsibility, interest, patience and knowledge. When showing a home she doesn't just sit and let you wander around the home, she actually shows the home. She has information about the home and knows enough to be able to answer your questions. Her first time through the home isn't with the person she's showing the home. It was with the homeowner and she already knows the questions that you might have so her answers are right there for you. Though, in the end I couldn't afford a home before I pay down my student loan debt, when I am ready I'll call on Melinda to help me out.
