ZillowVERIFIEDMelinda is the best real estate agent I have worked with thus far! She knows everything about the properties she shows, down to the tiniest details. Such a smooth process when working with her, and her awards show her dedication to the business!

ZillowVERIFIED Melinda showed me houses that I wanted to see no matter if she thought it would suit me or not. She listened to everything I said I wanted and found it. She even included houses that I had not seen or heard of just to show me a different aspect. When I walked into this particular house, I was pretty sure I wanted that house. But I stilled wanted to look at other houses and she showed me 7 more houses that day and then I picked the first house and wrote an offer that night. She worked with me that day for 6 hrs at least. She is a hard worker and will listen to you.

ZillowVERIFIED We were looking for first home for over 2 years. Throughout the entire process Melinda was always there to answer questions and provide us with more homes to look at. We ran into a bunch of hiccups along the way and nothing seemed to slow Melinda down and finding us the prefect home for us. I have told any one looking to buy a home about our wonderful experience and would recommend Melinda to anyone shopping in this area.

ZillowVERIFIED Melinda was our realtor when we were buying our first house. She was speedy with other relators when we wanted to see houses and she was honest and informative about all the houses we saw. Melinda did a great job with negotation and understood what we wanted in a house. Thanks, Melinda! We love our home.
