Melinda Johnson

I graduated from UC Riverside with a degree in economics and continued my studies at Pepperdine School of Law. I served as managing editor of the Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Amjur awards in [real property] and in [wills, trusts and estates]. I spent the next twelve years in the legal field most notably as in house Counsel for Boeing Capital Corporation.

In 2006, I obtained my broker's license and helped my husband, Neal, launch Freedom First Properties with the thought that my legal and business skill set along with Neal's expertise in property valuation would provide a distinct client advantage.

Recognizing this, local attorneys have sought my assistance and I continue to be recommended, selected and even court appointed in divorce, probate and trust administration cases. Most importantly, I have found my true passion in real estate which is reflected in my success. In 2013, I was title company ranked #5 in the county for sales volume. My business continues to grow and is driven by client referrals and repeat customers.

I am a mother of three and enjoy watching soccer games, hiking in the local hills and selling real estate.
