Melinda Feaster

Melinda has been a REALTOR® since 1998. She has always worked for Coldwell Banker and loves the franchise, buying in as a partner over 6 years ago. She moved the office to an in-town location within a year and it has grown to over 18 agents. Melinda also holds the professional designations of ABR, SRS, SRES and has been a multi-million dollar producer for Coldwell Banker for 16 of her 17 years. She continuously takes courses and attends seminars state-wide in order to enhance her knowledge of the real estate industry. Melinda became the Broker of Record in June of 2014. Melinda graduated from Everett High School and attended Tri State Beauty Academy. Prior to her Real Estate career she owned and operated her own hair salon for 20 years. As a life-long resident of the area, Melinda's local understanding of markets is immeasurable. She is also an active member of the community, serving on Bedford County Chamber Board of Directors and Downtown Bedford Inc. Board of Directors. She organizes fundraising for Bedford County Habitat for Humanity and is a BPW member. She lives locally with her husband and is a proud mother of two daughters, as well as a joyful and dedicated grandmother. She is a Steelers and NASCAR fan who loves all babies and puppies. She plays the flute and piano and never lets anyone dull her sparkle.
