One of my most rewarding experiences was working with a remarkable woman — a dedicated firefighter and single mother of two children with autism. When we first met, she shared her dream of one day owning a larger home for her family. Together with my trusted lender, we guided her every step of the way, starting with the purchase of her very first townhome. Through hard work, determination, and following the guidance we provided, she was able to sell that townhome and recently purchase a beautiful four-bedroom home. This journey took three years of patience and perseverance, but seeing her achieve her dream and create a space where her family can thrive has been an absolute joy and privilege.
