ZillowVERIFIED I never imagined there was a service as capable as that rendered by the amazing Melinda Aghassi. This woman represents true agency in an agent. Melinda went above and beyond, destroying obstacles as they arose one by one ! Every time I tried to jump into action, Melinda was already ahead of me taking care of problems and putting out proverbial fires. Our property had accrued squatters before we were granted probate by the court and Melinda did everything within her power, to roll in and install the process of communication, law enforcement and removal of same. I don't make this up, Melinda Aghassi is a one woman military campaign handling all aspects of the sale flawlessly. Her expertise moved us from step to step like a proverbial automatic transmission. My mom, who wasn't even involved, classifies her as a miracle. In our case, Melinda had a buyer with a reasonable offer in a very short amount of time, did most of the paperwork through email to make it easy and handled almost every step all the way through. I very much insist that if you use any other agent instead of Melinda Aghassi, you are making a mistake. Do yourself a favor and get the best!
