Review Melina was my buyer's agent for my first home purchase. I was going into the process pretty blind, and I'm grateful I had an expert on my side throughout the process. I was concerned my lower-than-average-for-the-area buying power might have an impact on my experience, but I received the full service. Melina was responsive, knowledgeable, and made excellent strategic decisions that I'm certain are the reason I won the bid on my condo despite other higher offers. Thank you Melina!

Review Melina was a great asset in my familys relocation to San Diego two years ago. We found her to be helpful and patient in guiding us as we refined our search. We chose her again this year to sell the property due to changes in family situation. She was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the entire process and actively drove solutions to issues to get us under contract and through closing on both accounts. I was very pleased with her service and would recommend her to others.

Review Melina Rissone is a great San Diego real estate broker with Coldwell Banker. She specializes in sales but went above and beyond to connect me with a tenant who ended up renting my property. She was very professional and never took longer than a few minutes to get back. I recommend her services to home sellers and buyers in San Diego alike.

Review Our entire experience with Melina was spectacular. She met with us, asked us what our goal was (pricing, timing and such) and then facilitated a plan to meet those goals. She was always available to answer any questions and also gave suggestions to make our house sell as quickly as possible for the best price. If we weren't moving out of the area we would definitely use her services in the future. We highly recommend contracting with her.

Review My husband and I had only dreamed of owning our own home. When our landlord wanted to sell, Melina helped our family buy the place we were renting that we loved. She helped us jump in early to get our offer accepted in this hot market, even when the landlord had another offer the first day! Then she paired us with a lender who helped me qualify for a teacher down payment assistance program. Throughout the stressful escrow process, she was responsive and reassuring. She said we were like a boat sailing on the waters that were sometimes a bit rough, and even when we had to adjust to unforseen issues, to keep sight of the destination. We did, and we just closed on our home. Thank you, Melina!

She shared her experience with buyers and sellers in San Diego and helped us to make informed decisions about our offer. Review Earlier this year, I hired Melina to represent me as a seller. The entire 30-day process was almost flawless. The reason I hired her was her expertise and experience. She was usually (and surprisingly) quick to respond to all my messages and offered a slightly different approach to listing my property. It worked. We received multiple offers and all parties were satisfied in the end. There is no reason not to hire Melina to represent you as a seller. She's also professional and always has a cooperative and positive attitude.

Review I interviewed three realtors when considering to sell my home. Melina was by far the most communicative and consistent. Her work ethic and communication remained strong throughout the home selling process. She provided me with perspective and insight into how to prepare the house for sale, pricing, and requests from the buyer--all while respecting my ultimate autonomy to make the decision. I appreciated her frank insight and professional demeanor. The steps she took to help coordinate inspections before selling really helped too. Her ability to read the market still astounds me. The final sale price was well above my expectations and hopes! She's truly an advocate for her clients and knows her trade!

Review My wife and I bought a new house--51 years ago. We found that we needed to sell our house and move to a retirement community. We were extremely fortunate that Melina Rissone was recommended to us. She came to our home, checked it out, and went away to do her research and calculations. Before long she came up with a price range for our approval. It was well beyond our expectations, but she assured us that the place would sell quickly. She put the house on the market on a Wednesday. She arranged a showing the following Sunday. A man who looked on Sunday came back and bought on Monday. Melina and her crew took us through all the paperwork and held our hands while smoothing out the inevitable little glitches. She coordinated our move with the other parties. She was marvelous. Her standard fee was more than worth the effort and expertise that she put forth for us. We strongly recommend Melina for your real estate needs.

Review Melina helped us find the perfect place we were looking for and quickly, because we had a very short timeframe before our lease was over. We let her know what we were looking for and she helped us find the right options, and paid close attention to necessary details.

Review We just bought our first home, and Melina and her team could not have made it easier. She not only walked us through each step of the process, but she also was a huge emotional support when we needed it. She is clearly experienced and was always two steps ahead of us, leading us in the right direction and looking out for potential pitfalls. She was super accessible, even when she had to travel to Germany for a family emergency. Buying a home can be a pretty overwhelming experience, but having Melina on our side made all the difference. I highly recommend her!!

Review Melina helped us buy our first home... it was not a quick or easy endeavor by any stretch of the imagination. The market was insanely weighted towards sellers (and we negotiated with lots of them) and bumped into some bad luck and unexpected issues... However Melina and team (thanks Omar!) persevered for the better part of the year, and kept on working. We wound up in, hands down, the best of all the homes that we went after, and at a great price as well. It's also worth mentioning that her lending partners are top notch and we're a treasure trove of information on the murky financial details of buying our first home. Thanks again Melina! You'll always be our go-to!

Review Great Relocation Experience!!!! I relocated from the east coast for a job and as part of my relocation package, I only was given two real estate agents to use. Melina was the only one who returned my call. To say I was nervous was an understatement. Melina exceeded all my expectation in the process of purchasing a new home. She was diligent in following up with the seller agent and my mortgage provider to resolve a slew of unexpected issues. I was traveling for work during the closing and she went above and beyond in several instances. I had a great experience with Melina and would recommend her anyone looking to purchase a home.

Review My husband purchased his first home several, several years ago with Melina Rissone. School and work took him to Northern California with having to rent his home for more than six years. Since we live out of the area, we needed a professional Broker that could manage and handle all aspects of the sales process of our investment property and who better to go back to...Melina. Melina assisted us in communicating with the Tenants; giving notice to move out; getting the place sale ready; scheduling contractors; managing agent and buyer showings; delivering an on point marketing strategy and executing each item that was promised in our initial consultation. We had so many showings to potential buyers, we were amazed. The sale had a few difficulties due to the properties condition, but Melina navigated through obstacles and advised us of all options so that making a decision was always easy. We highly recommend Melina and her Team at Century 21 to you. Working with a remote Seller, like us, is something Melina mastered to our full satisfaction. We can highly recommend her.
