Melanie was just amazing! We were looking to find a home here in Ohio or Michigan while living in California. Melanie was always responsive to any questions we had and was willing to work around our schedule and ability to be here in person to walk through homes. When we found the home we wanted, we were in California so Melanie went out of her way to meet our son to walk through it virtually. She also was there to help with the inspection when we could not be there. Melanie made this transition to retirement so much easier and less stressful. I would recommend her and her company to everyone if you want to feel like family as you buy or sell your home.

I cannot recommend Melanie enough! She didn't just help us sell a house, she was a true partner throughout the entire journey. When the inspection came back with surprises, Melanie stayed calm and gave us information as how to navigate the issue. Its rare to find someone who cares this much about their clients. She made us feel comfortable with her input on decisions made on the sale of our house in Temperance, Michigan. After we moved into our new home I felt that I had left something sentimental behind in the old home and asked Melanie to contact the current homeowners to see if they had seen it. She had no problem at all getting that information. I felt so silly asking but she made me feel at ease and said it is actually common to forget things. We are still unpacking and I'm not worrying because it is probably here. Thank you Melanie!!

Five stars without hesitation for Wiens & Roth. The "secret" on their website says their passion is going above and beyond for their clients, and that could not be more true. My wife and I have moved several times and have bought and sold a few homes along the way, but we have never had an experience quite like this one. We were not in Ohio when our home went on the market, and yet we always felt completely supported. At one point, Melanie Wiens even went over and shoveled snow from our driveway before a showing. That small act said everything about the care and attention they bring to their work. Throughout the process, we truly felt like they were part of our team, not just there for the transaction. Communication was clear, thoughtful, and reassuring, and we always felt that our best interests came first. The only thing we wish is that they could come with us to help buy our next home. If you are looking for a real estate team that genuinely cares and goes the extra mile, we cannot recommend Wiens & Roth highly enough.
