Melanie did an outstanding job in selling my Family's 304 year old Farmhouse! Melanie's expertise in the Real Estate business, both buying or selling, is quite hard to match and quite unsurpassed! She had one Open House, on a Sunday between 11:00 to 1:00 (2 hours), and had 26 Parties sign in, and about 10 -12 other Parties that did not sign in! Needless to say, she got 10 Offers for me!
