ZillowVERIFIEDMelanie was beyond professional and extremely knowledgeable when I needed it most. She helped during the purchase of the house, then represented me again during the sale. She did a great job and Id gladly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie has been exceptional to work with throughout the entire buying process. She was extremely informative about the area and accessible at all times. Her service and commitment is unmatched! As new home owners on the lake we were extremely excited to show the property to family, friends, and contractors. Melanie was willing to accommodate our schedule and meet us early morning or in the evening after work. This is the fifth property that we have bought and truly our best buying experience! Melanie will be the only realtor we use in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED We loved Melanie Kidder helping us select a getaway home at beautiful, carefree Lake Mohawk. She is very good at selecting properties & knowledge of the properties themselves. Thanks Mel!

ZillowVERIFIED I was in a situation where I needed to sell my home after my husband passed away. This was going to be an emotionally charged transaction for me as I really didnt want to leave. I did, however, pick the perfect agent to help me through this. I knew absolutely nothing about selling or buying a house. Melanie never made me feel silly about asking questions. When difficult situations arose, she addressed the problems calmly and quickly figured out a solution. She was very responsive to all of my messages.I was able to receive 2 offers on my house within 5 days of listing it! Melanie has a large following on social media and built anticipation before my house was even listed. I would definitely recommend Melanie to anyone who needs a realtor. She knows her stuff!

She did this with social media. She made sure we sold and closed on both homes with in three months of starting the process. She answered all questions and kept us sane through everything. I would recommend her for an easy process.
