I had a very disappointing experience with Melanie Hunt. During a recent transaction, I felt that transparency and fair dealing were not prioritized. I was encouraged to submit an offer, but soon after, it became clear that another buyer connected to the agent was positioned to benefit. The process gave the impression that my offer was being used to push the price higher for another buyer, leaving me feeling misled and frustrated. Also bump up 6K for her own client. As a human, I value honesty, fairness, and professionalism aEUR" qualities that I did not feel were upheld in this situation. Just because they sell many homes doesn't mean they are honest and hold integrity.
