ZillowVERIFIEDMelanie was such a joy to work with! She made one of the biggest decisions of our lives feel not so overwhelming. She truly went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. She was very attentive and easy to communicate with. One thing that really stuck to us is how much she made us feel like the priority. She had fast responses to any of our questions and was always very flexible with us. She truly pours her whole heart into the families she works for. We are happy our paths crossed.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie was the perfect realtor for me buying my first home. As a young single female who didn't know much about the home buying process, I was nervous to get an agent and to go about the process. But from the very start to very end, Melanie was extremely kind, positive, and helpful in explaining the process to me, being encouraging and beliving in me that we would find a home I loved. I did!!! I *adore* my house. Melanie knew how much I loved it and helped me to make a competive offer that won out over 7 other offers. She continued to be very helpful throughout the contract stage, signing, and even kept in touch after to ensure I was settled in with thoughtful touches. I'm so appreciative and highly recommend working with her.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently contacted Matthew to show us a few houses in the Reading, PA area. He was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. We are first time home buyers and he helped us understand the process. We ultimately decided to pause our home search but we would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy.

ZillowVERIFIED We've bought several homes over the years and have never had such a good experience with a Realtor. Melanie is professional, hard working and willing to assist in any possible way to get the job done. Her knowledge of most situations is enhanced by her willingness to go find the answer if she doesn't have it immediately at hand. I wish we were buying or selling another home in her area so we could utilize her services again!

ZillowVERIFIED Looking to buy a home back in January 2021. Came across Melanie, shes great to work with and very responsive, seemed to be a real go getter, but in the end due to the market at the time I decided to rent instead and finish my project.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie was helping me look for homes when I was searching in PA. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and always made herself available. We wound up moving out of state to NJ, but I had to come on here to give Melanie her share of the credit because I became a much more knowledgeable buyer with her help. Shes the best!

ZillowVERIFIED I ended up selling my home myself for a variety of reasons but Melanie was certainly the agent who followed up best. She was persistent but never pushy and I am in sales so I thought she was respectful of what I ultimately did by selling my home myself. I would highly recommend her and her skills in real estate sales!
