ZillowVERIFIEDExcellent service and communication! We already had a buyer for our home and asked Melanie if she would handle the paperwork, etc. While the fee was reduced, the service certainly was not. We were very impressed with her professionalism and communication between all parties. We would highly recommend Melanie, without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie did an amazing job. She was very, informative, responsive and gave helpful advice throughout the entire process. Melanie made sure we always knew beforehand what the next steps were and when things needed to be done. She worked closely with our selling agent to make sure everyone was on the same page when it came to closing on both houses. When we were searching for our new house she was very knowledgeable about things to look out for that could be costly later on down the road. I would highly recommend Melanie and her team to my friends and family.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie and her assistant Savannah were incredibly helpful in finding us a home. We moved from out of state so we were in a bit of a time crunch to find a place and they were always very responsive and on the ball - responding to us after hours and weekends, we always felt prioritized. Truly could not have made it through this process if they had not been working so hard on our behalf. We are in a beautiful home thanks to Melanie :)

ZillowVERIFIED Wow, where to even start. We moved from Utah to Texas, I had many concerns about where to settle down and purchase a home due to my lack of knowledge about the Houston area. I couldn't have been in better hands! Melanie is from this area, born and raised. Has all of the information needed to make the home buying experience easy and fun. She took the time to show us many houses until we finally found the one we knew we were ready to call home! I couldn't be more thankful for her and her patience and care she showed to me and my husband as we searched for our home. She was also a great negotiator for us, and we knew that she was in our corner through each step of the process. I would recommend her to everyone and anyone that is looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie is the best Realtor the world has ever known. She was extremely helpful and informative. I couldn't and wouldn't have even attempted going through this whole process of buying a home without Melanie specifically. She found a home exactly where I've always wanted to live and cleared any confusion I had quickly. She was always there when I needed her.

ZillowVERIFIED Simply put Melanie is the best! She is very responsive to her clients and goes above and beyond (including negotiating for our house while on vacation). We purchased in Webster and she knows the area very well and has suggestions for everything. Her ability to navigate the process got us a great deal on a house in this crazy market and she managed to get us an even better deal while selling our other house. We couldn't be happier!

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Melanie by chance when we first got involved in the home buying process and I have never felt so at ease with someone under such a stressful situation as buying a house! She made the entire process a breeze and fought for us to get the best deal possible. She truly became our friend in this process somewhere between the anxiety of waiting for our offer to get accepted and the joy of closing. We could not recommend anyone higher than her!! She is the absolute best!!

ZillowVERIFIED Wonderful job! Melanie has been (and continues to be) an excellent realtor who brings a lot of energy and desire to help her clients with finding their new home and sell their old one. She did an outstanding job of helping with our negotiations, offering great support and a listening ear as we went through the buying/selling process. She reassured us throughout the process and kept us posted on everything we needed to know, and was even able to accept our calls at night too. We have enjoyed every minute working with her and know she'll get you into your next "forever home".

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie helped us with our purchase of a home in Texas. We were in Florida while Melanie helped us with our home search in Florida. We actually found our new home thru automated alerts she set up. Then helped with the showings thru FaceTime patiently and made the offer submission painless. She gave us a heads up on potential home appraisal issues with the home we picked and helped us negotiate with the seller a deal both parties can live with. We closed on the home successfully thanks to her help. We would highly recommend Melanie as a real estate broker.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie was great with our new build. She was knowledgeable about the process of the new build and as well as good contacts for outside contractors for inspections etc. She was also more than helpful when our new build was put on hold and looked like it would fall through due to building problems. When i was freaking out and wanted to start looking all over again, with hopes of still buying the new build, she was very helpful while the company we were building with was silent for a few months.

ZillowVERIFIED Before meeting, Melanie, I had met with with many other agents that showed little to no interest in trying to help me find a house. I saw a house I liked and sent Melanie a message and received a reply back within minutes! I couldn't believe it! Melanie heard my story and her and her team immediately got to work to help me find and buy my dream home. They answered ALL my questions every time I called or texted. I have learned so much from this experience. My daughters, son, father and myself will be forever grateful to this amazing team!! I definitely recommend Melanie and her team to everyone, I promise you will not be disappointed! ??

ZillowVERIFIED This was our first time purchasing a home and we knew we had a lot to learn. I interviewed several real estate agents. I knew Melanie was the right one for us after our first conversation. Melanie was so dedicated to making sure We knew the market in the area we were buying and was totally honest with her opinion about any house we potentially wanted to buy. With her understanding of the market and her negotiating strategies we were able to secure buying a BEAUTIFUL home within our budget which didn't seem possible with the prices of the listings in the area we wanted to buy. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Melanie for any of your real estate needs! If you are a first time home buyer THIS is the woman you want on your team!
