ZillowVERIFIEDMelanie has helped me purchase investment homes in Milwaukee and she has my trust in managing my properties. She is very knowledgeable, honest, clear and quick to respond, just an overall nice person to work with. She is a true professional who value time and respect. When we are scheduled to have a phone call at 11:00, we call at 11:00 and not 11:03. If you want to work with an agent, choose someone from any agent list. If you want to work with true professional agent, you choose Melanie. You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED We have been working with Melanie for over 2 years now. She came highly recommended from a trusted family friend and has quickly become one of our favorite people in the world. We highly recommend her to other turnkey investors. Melanie is an investment guru and brings decades of local expertise in the Milwaukee real estate market. Her no nonsense honesty and follow through with what she says she'll do are welcome traits. If you are clear on your goals, Melanie can definitely help make it happen. We've gone from 0 to a handful of investment properties in just 2 years, we look forward to continuing to work with her for many years in the future. We continue to recommend her to close friends, and they are just as happy as we are.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie has a keen financial mind and understands well the foibles of human nature. The combination is unusual, and extremely valuable. Her advice and counsel has been helpful to me beyond measure in my acquisition of a real estate portfolio and management of the premises. Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking to buy a home, Melanie will not let you down! She is aggressive with scheduling showings and does not try and "sell" the property to you. If you're not feeling it, she does not waste any time before moving on to the next one. She is there with you every step of the way for questions, concerns, and support.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie is the best at what she does! Tell her what you're looking for and she always finds a way to over deliver on what is expected. It's nice to know that I'm being taken care of by someone who I can trust and count on. If you're looking to talk to someone in the Real Estate Industry, then I highly recommend that you talk to her. Melanie knows what she's doing and she delivers the best quality service.

ZillowVERIFIED I work with Melanie just for 6 months. It is always difficult to invest out of state. One needs to rely on and trust the judgment of a local RE professional.I was thoroughly impressed with her no-nonsense, efficient property management, acquisition, and rehab processes.Highly recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie is very capable in several areas of real estate: as agent, as investor (and/or investor adviser), and as a property manager. She helped me acquire, make ready, and rent out 4 single family homes in Milwaukee. She and her team also manage the properties. To date, all has gone smoothly and according to plan. When issues have emerged (as they do inevitably) she and her team have been communicative. I don't live in Milwaukee, and I visit only about once a year. I think that speaks to the large amount of work and responsibility I am comfortable delegating to Melanie and crew. So far so good.Melanie came recommended by another out-of-state investor. Since I started working with her, I've recommended her to others, including a Milwaukee-based investor and landlord who wanted to know who I was entrusting my properties to from 1000+ miles away.Melanie has been a great resource for me, and I imagine other investors will be similarly impressed with her work.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie is an amazing real estate agent and probably one of the best property managers in the country. She is an A-type personality and has attention to detail, which is a powerhouse. She has been managing many of my properties since 2013 and also helps with acquisitions. She's very experienced in all things real estate, from being a buyers agent, sellers agent, to being a property manager. She is a pleasure to work with and I do trust her with my properties, though I live in CA. I would recommend her in a heart beat. In fact, I have numerous times! Amazing service from SUV Properties, LLC!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer, what I really appreciated from Melanie was her complete honesty with me and her expertise of the market. With her experience in running rental properties, she'll notice things about a home that most people miss and is pretty spot on with identifying potential problems. Her approach is straightforward, but not in a step on your toes way. She will take the time to answer your questions and explains things very thoroughly. I highly recommend working with Melanie and if I decide to sell my home I will be working with her again!

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie is very hard-working and thorough. I buy homes, rehab them and then rent them. Melanie helps with every stage of this process. She is helping me to build a business; I could not do it without her help. She finds the houses, manages the rehab, finds the tenants and manages the leased properties.

ZillowVERIFIED Melanie is very quick to offer sound and practical suggestions on handling the buying or selling of a property. She is not limited to just your local geographical area and works to get your property bought or sold. When listing out of her geographical area she seeks to know about the local area.
