Review This is our fourth home, and first time going with a new agent, AND purchasing a house during pandemic from across the country without ever seeing it in person. Melanie not only went to each of the properties that we had interest in and gave us video tours, but also provided us with the most up to date listings in the moment and walked us through any process, gave us education about what to prepare and what to expect. I thought we knew it all having done it 3 times before, but I learned that buying a home doesn't actually have to be stressful, even from across the country. Melanie you are amazing, thank you for bringing us home! Melanie also on top of helping us find a home, sold our home as well, which was an all too easy process. The pictures and virtual tour were high quality, we were under contract in 6 days. A year before with a different company and agent we never managed to get under contract and had two viewers in three months. Review Melanie was a delight the whole way through! She was easy to talk to and relate to, was fast in showing us homes that fit our schedules and was happy to let our three year old tag along! Anytime we needed something she was able to help and having her take care of the big picture things was perfect. Whenever I felt overwhelmed she helped me relax. We started our actual home search December 18th, 2019 and we were moving in to our new home January 31st. It happened so quickly and we couldn't be more happy!
