Melanie helped me to sell our parents as part of their estate after they passed. It was an extremely emotional process to let go of our parents home that my sister and I grew in. She handled all of the details and it was very little stress for us in the business aspect. We first used Melanie in 2001 when we were just 19 and completely clueless to the home owning process. She made us comfortable and explained everything so we could understand. Since then she sold that same house 6 years later within 30 days. She was beyond patient while we searched for 6 months with our second home. We were super picky. And here we are now listing that house as we are building our third (and hopefully final! Haha)! The woman is a rockstar!
